The Grip force adapter for the Gen 1,2,3 Glock handguns was developed to solve the problem many shooters have with Glock pistols....Glock slide bite. This is caused when you get too high of a grip with your firing hand and when the handgun fires the slide can cut into the web of your hand. Most guns have whats known as a beavertail, or rather the rear of the frame is extended in a way that allows you to get as high a grip as possbile without fear of getting slide bite. Glock pistols, without permanent frame modification, did not have this upswept frame. Grip force adapters fix this problem, constructed from injection molded polymer and designed to slip onto the rear of the Glock frame and comes with an extended frame pin to lock the Grip force adapter into place. The Grip force adapter giving shooters the extended beavertail to have better control over the pistol under rapid fire.
