The Glock 21SF is the .45ACP work horse of the Glock pistol line. Taking the legendary .45ACP cartridge and giving it a new home in a modern high capacity fighting gun. The lightweight polymer frame of the Glock 21SF holds an impressive 13rds of .45ACP ammunition, and the SF model is slightly slimmer than the old model 21 making it easier to handle. Glock has earned a reputation for being reliable in virtually any condiditon that law enforcement and military may encounter in the line of duty. In the civilian world the Glock 21SF makes an excellent home defense weapon with its large capacity and intergrated frame rail for mounting modern weapon lights or lasers. Like all Glock pistols, the 21SF uses the striker fired "safe action" trigger which incorporates 2 internal safeties and prevents anything but conistent rearward pressure to discharge the pistol.
