The Ruger SR22 2-Tone Semi-Automatic Rimfire Pistol provides shooters with a low-maintenance, rugged, and reliable handgun that shoots common and inexpensive .22 LR ammunition. This little pistol is easy to field strip, fun to shoot and will run reliably with a variety of target loads, including value priced "bricks" of .22LR. Rather than striker fire like most rimfire pistols, the Ruger SR22 2-Tone is actually hammer driven, enabling positive ignition on even the toughest of primers. Equipped with an accessory rail, the glass filled polymer frame has front and rear grip serration groove channels for a solid grasp, as well as a 2 different sized interchangeable grips. An ambidextrous thumb safety, decocking lever, and magazine release accommodate both right- and left-handed shooters. The rear sights are adjustable for both windage and elevation, and have a reversible blade with 2 white dots on one side and flat black on the other. The front sight is fixed with a white dot, and is dovetailed on the slide for easy replacement. An integral Picatinny rail on the frame allows users to attach aftermarket laser sights, or tactical flashlights.
